Colour Online Seating

You may or may not know that the Royal Albert Hall issues tickets prior to the event, so whether you're coming with a group of girlfiends or by yourself, you'll need to use our Online Seating system to confirm seats at the Royal Albert Hall.

How to use Online Seating:

STEP 1 If you want to sit with friends, get your group together and make sure everyone is registered, and go to Step 2! If you're coming on your own, we have a fantastic team of girls who can't wait to meet you there. You'll still need to book a seat, so simply Click here to go straight to Online Seating now.

STEP 2 Nominate one person from your group who will use Online Seating to create your group booking. This will be your Group Leader.

STEP 3 The Group Leader needs to gather the Booking ID numbers and email addresses that were used to register for each member of the group.

STEP 4 The Group Leader then needs to click on the link below to go to Online Seating. Just follow the instructions and your group seats will be confirmed. It only takes a few minutes!

The organisers of The Colour Conference reserve the right to change any of the published event details without any notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to the event. The Colour Conference recommends that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights and/or accommodation. The Colour Conference does not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred including, but not limited to, flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference. Please note that The Colour Conference will contain live music, strobe lighting and other live special effects. If these can potentially act as triggers to any type of medical condition then please contact us on the following number +44 (0) 20 7384 9200 before attending The Colour Conference. The event experience will be captured in both photographs and video. Hillsong reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A fee of £45 per person applies to any form of cancellation made before 15 March 2010. No refunds will be made after this date, however you may transfer your registration to another person providing it has been fully paid. Hillsong Church London must be advised of cancellations and transfers in writing before 15 March 2010. Write to The Colour Conference Registration Department, PO Box 29971, London, SW6 2WX.

TRANSLATIONS:

Please note that ALL ADULT sessions will be in ENGLISH. If you require translation, you should request this prior to the 15th March 2010, via email to colourconference@hillsong.co.uk. Please note: limited translation languages and seats are available, and only in main sessions. The Colour Kids Conference sessions are in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.

SEATING:

Due to the Royal Albert Hall seating policy, we have to issue each delegate with a seat allocation which will be where you sit for the duration of the conference. Log on to www.colourconference.com to find out how to book your group seating. If you require special seating (for medical conditions) at Conference, please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by the 15th of March 2010.

VISAS:

If you require assistance with a visa application we can supply you with a registration confirmation letter once your conference registration has been processed to support your application. Please write to our conference office by the 1st February 2010. We are unable to provide invitation letters and suggest you contact the respective Embassy in your country for more information.

We are unable to process your registration without full registration details and payment.
