Accommodation and travel
To make travelling to Colour Conference as cost effective and convenient as possible, we've partnered with Flight Centre to help you make the best arrangements for your needs. Flight Centre, with their low price promise and worldwide network, have a range of hotels available at all price levels and can also book your flights with all major airlines.

Travelling to Conference daily
By Car: Cromwell Road is the main A4 Route into London from the West. For more information about driving in to the venue, click here. Limited parking spaces are available at the Royal Albert Hall and priority is given to customers using wheelchairs or who have a disability. Entrance to these spaces is on Prince Consort Road and Exhibition Road. Spaces are £7.50 and must be booked in advance by calling the box office on 020 7589 8212. Colour Kids Programme
**Unfortunately, Colour Kids is now full.**
During Colour there will be an amazing programme prepared by our Colour Kids team specifically for your children. They will experience a conference full of moments that will inspire their little hearts to follow God whilst making new friends, both with our magnificent leaders and other beautiful children.
The kids programme is available for children aged 1to 11 years. There is limited capacity in this programme so please register early if you are planning to bring your children. The lunch and afternoon break is free for you to spend with your child, relaxing and making new friends.
Parenting rooms
The idea of a conference plus a new baby, pram, feeding times, bags and nappies can be a daunting thought, we know, but don’t let the newness of your season be a reason to stay away or miss out. Throughout the Colour Conference beautiful parenting room facilities will be available to you to feed and change your babies. All the Colour sessions will be played on screens in the parenting room and you’ll be surrounded by hosts that will endeavour to make your Colour experience memorable.
There will be valet pram parking facilities available, however there will be limited pram access within the venue.
For our elderly, mobility impaired or pregnant friends
We want to make conference possible for you. We know that there are some women who are going to need some extra TLC to be able to enjoy or even attend Colour this year. Please contact our conference prior to confirming your seating should you have any concerns or special needs in regards to accessing the Royal Albert Hall or attending conference.
Translation
Colour sessions in London are in English however live translation in French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Hungarian are currently available and other languages could be offered by request. We want to make conference possible for you. We know that there are Please make your request prior to 15th March 2010, via email to colourconference@hillsong.co.uk. Please note limited translation languages and seats are available and this is only available in the main sessions. The Colour Kids Conference sessions are in English only – translation is not available for these sessions.
Food
A variety of food options are available for purchase in and around the Royal Albert Hall during conference, as well as many great options within the High St Kensington and Brompton Rd areas.
Registration
Once you’ve registered, you will receive your tickets and delegate letter in the post. If you do not receive your letter by mail prior to the 16th April, please contact the conference office. If you do not receive your letter by mail prior to the conference, don’t worry you can collect your tickets at the Box Office at the Royal Albert Hall on Friday 30th April. Please arrive at 9.00am to ensure you have enough time to collect your tickets for entry in to the venue.
Seating
If you require special seating (for medical conditions) at Conference, please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by the 15th of March 2010
By Bus: The Royal Albert Hall is accessible by the following buses: 52, 9, 10, 72, and 360.
By Train: Trains run frequently to Victoria where you can access the District and Circle lines.
By Tube: South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines) and High Street Kensington (Circle and District lines) are the closest underground stations to the Royal Albert Hall. Walking to the Royal Albert Hall is approximately 10-15 minutes from both stations. What do I need to bring?
Bring your bible and notebook, plus several pens. Resource will be available at our Colour Conference merchandising areas, including CD recording of the sessions, key speaker books and teaching CD’s, the latest albums from Hillsong Music plus conference memories.
What should I wear?
London spring weather in May is usually fine, with sunny days, mild nights and the possible chance of rain. Temperatures tend to vary between 6-13 degrees Celsius (42-55 degrees Fahrenheit). Warm clothing and flat comfortable shoes are recommended. A jumper jacket is recommended for nights.
When does Conference begin?
The conference begins on Friday morning at 11.00am. Don't miss the opening!
